Just sorting kit out!!

The kit that you see on the bed, desk and book case have to weigh less than 30 kg and fit into the black bag!!! How the hell is that going to happen? One such item is my sleeping bag! Troubling week ahead me thinks.

10 days and counting!!!

Anyone got any ideas if how I'm going to get all this into one bag???!!! OMG with difficulty is the answer me thinks.

11 days and counting!!

Getting close now. Nerves are kicking in. Shall I start to grow my beard for Movember on my rest days before I go or leave it until November? If I do then I may actually get somewhere and not look as sad as last year. Hmmm thoughts please!!

13 days and counting.

Less than a fortnight to go and I'm about ready to tackle that big hill at the bottom of my garden. Well The Wrekin is about two miles away. Not quite the bottom of my garden. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Shall I wear my down Rab jacket?

Postie turned up again yesterday and brought some more goodies... A Petzl climbing helmet.... Trying that on was not my finest moment.... I look really handsome, NOT!! One more item remaining.
